In August 1995, Navitrans established a branch office in Churchill, Manitoba, and in August 1996, established a branch office in Vancouver, British Columbia, thus rendering the area of Agency coverage Canada wide, including the St. Lawrence Seaway, where we serve our Clients in Canadian and / or USA ports.

The Principals of this company are, Capt. Markos Antoniadis, Capt. Elias Mitrikas and Mr Alkis Scourtellis, who share over 100 years of Shipping experience.

All vessels consigned to Navitrans, are attended under the guidance of one of our Master Mariners, namely, Capt. Markos Antoniadis, or Capt. Elias Mitrikas.

Navitrans makes every effort to keep up to date with the Shipping Industry’s developments, both locally and internationally, by maintaining its membership and participation in the Seaway committee, among others in the Shipping Federation of Canada, in addition to the participation of Mr Alkis Scourtellis, in international presentations, organised by the St Lawrence Seaway Authorities.
